Westchester DES new Trunked radio system is being broadcast on the right channel of Feed 2. It is the South Zone with all Fire/EMS talkgroups.

We setup a new radio on Feed1 -- White Plains last night. If you notice anything different with the noise, volume levels or anything else wrong with the feed please contact us.

Unfortunatly, this is a bit of a downgrade since the new radio does not support CTCSS tones (PL tones or talk groups). But we do not think the feed should be affected.

There is maintenance on several servers scheduled this weekend that will require us to take all the feeds down. We will try to keep them up as much as possible but you may see outages between tonight (Friday 3/16) around 8pm and Saturday morning 11am.

Thanks.

We apologize for the recent outage. Scan60.com feeds where affected by a Verizon fiber that was cut during the wind storm in White Plains early Friday 01/26 morning. Service is restore to the core icecast servers, we just need feed 3 to come back online.

Sorry for any inconvenience and keep listening.

A new antenna has been installed on feed 2. While we fine tune the volume and squelch on the scanners there might be moments of static or low volume. Please bear with us as we improve this feed.

Sorry for the short service interruption that kicked everybody off tonight. The icecast server was in need of emergency maintenance. The work is done and I expect everything to remain stable.

Thanks and sorry for any inconvenience.
